    Well waiting ti see what Canyon do about the battery issue, if its a cluster then looking fir a full redund and then looking at core 5, had capra, its was awesome. Lokibg at apec on core 5, cant really fault it for price....

    Well we will see what they come up with. Email wasnt what i expected but really wasnt holding my breath. So as it stands, next correspondance will be Mid-January, and the fix February, or to quote Canyon "Current update" We’re on track to have a solution available for you by February 2025...

    Well, we will see hopefully tomorrow what Canyon will do to address the issue. Although i have been looking at having casings 3d printed and transfer the internals. Elec/Electronic eng. So swapping battery internals shouldnt be to hard. Also, does anybody know what the connector on the battery...

    Same boat, one up carbon bars, pinnd cranks, Dmr vault pedals and cushcore inserts, which were an absolute bast#rd to fit. Wont get the invisi wrap back..... fortunately have the original kit in a box.

    Regardless of age, of bikes its sh#t. Bikes arent cheap and its our hard earned cash sitting in a garage, hanging onto hope that they do the right thing, wheather its buy back or replace the batteries. As you said, maybe they replace motors on older bikes and supply a safe new battery for...

    Unfortunately i have the affected battery, have the Ep801 motor. Although my battery is in mint condition, saying that, i only have about 150miles of use out of the bike.

    Well, had the bike invisi wrapped, guess i will lose out on the cost of that. Least i can remove the one up bars, pinnd cranks, cushcore inserts and DMR pedals.
