I requested already a full refund or replacement with another bike, I really love my spectral and had no problems at all until this whole mess, I bought in mid July, less then 4 months of use
This is what I don't get it:
What is the purpose of this offer and what is reason for it?
What is a partial refund?
By accepting any of either options, that is all I get refunded?
Are the offers are just for waiting two more months for a possible solution?
What happens if they don't find it...
They responded yesterday ''We just want to let you know that we are currently receiving a high volume of enquiries. This means the team may take a few days longer than usual to answer your request''.
Looks like there is no way they will have any solution in the near future

The power suddenly turn off when I was ridding 2 weeks ago and couldn’t tur it on again, battery don’t show any damage, bought my CF7 this past July, very very disappointed, 4 weeks at least without my bike it’s frustrating, I hope Canyon will support his loyal clients or gives support for bikes...
