yeah I hear ya. I could go on and on about my local shops as well. Have a buddy shop mechanic, basically said pay is low, a lot get laid off in winter.. buncha college/high school kids that dont care too much. They usually fix my issue and create 2 more.

Long story short.. yes I had an issue where the bike would just.. turn off. I look at the firmware version.. wildly out of date - each component on a different version. Take it to them.. guess what.. arent Bosch certified so they dont have the tool. Ended up having to deal with the Orbea rep etc...
