Stunning day in the Yorkshire Dales yesterday, most routes passable (though more wet than usual with melting snow). Pic below is snack stop looking down Gunnerside Gill after a tricky technical descent (bunton hush I think) and before taking the snow-marked bridleway snaking along the hillside...
North Yorkshire Moors brutal today - snow has made most of our regular routes impassable, sinking in up to axles at times. Managed to maintain momentum on a few short sections of the Cleveland Way on Ingleby Moor but every other bridleway we tried wasn’t rideable. We managed just 8 miles in...
(Re)fitted my mudrocker a few weeks back, which generally works well, but even this wasn’t enough for the North Yorkshire moors yesterday … rode the route from Lordstones I did with some of you guys in mid-August (27 miles, 3600ft) and significant parts of it were a mudfest. A very different...

@The EMF Hi Wayne (not Dave 😆) I don't think I realised you took these! Here's a few of mine from the same awesome ride... thanks again for making me welcome; definitely a 'if carlsberg did rides...' day !
Hi all, David here, fairly experienced rider - road/MTB 40 years, but relatively new to eMTB (9 months) and loving it!
