I have a battery that the bms is locked. It did this after I desoldered the board to try and get it to reboot. The Bluetooth had not been working for about 12 months and the board was stuck in only full power mode. Please message me and let’s see what can be done
I have experienced the same symptoms, and other red light related issues from the switch that does not seal 100%. I have since put a bead of waterproof glue on the inside of the switch and can say that even after washing the bike I no longer have the issues.
I know this is an old thread, just wanted to add some info here as I have had similar issues.The red LED's that appear after you have recently washed the bike are caused due to water getting into the switch. If you dry it out with a hairdryer they will all go green again. the next time you wash...
Drove me mad the first two times. Either remove the battery when washing or put a small bead of waterproof glue on the inside of the switch. It pops out really easily and I am sure that is why water gets in.
