I have that Fox 38 rhythm fork. The air spring is good the damper is not. I put in a MRP lift damper its a huge improvement better than the grip 2 as well and easy to service myself. Has 200 hours before it needs a service Fox is 125 hours between services. Changing the shims in a grip 2 is a...
