I've been riding now for about a week on my shorter cranks. I got the Hope 155 Ebike units and all I can say is that I should have done it day 1. Bike feels much more responsive, climbs better and much more stable for me. I did not have to make any other adjustments to seat height or anything...

When will these be available to purchase?

Had my Hope floating rotors installed today along with my Galfer purple pads. Night and day difference with my same DB8 brakes and the best part is that there is zero rubbing! Bedded them in and all I can say is WOW!

I did write to Hope and they were no help at all. All they did was suggest that I buy their brakes. I did a test fit, and it looks like they will work. The area where the bolts are is slightly recessed, and there looks to be enough clearance.

My wife and I both ride Strive ON Underdog and we love them!

I am going to try the galfer purple pads and hope rotors, if they fit. Next choice may be Mavens.

Thanks! At the moment, I am thinking of just going with the XTR, but I dont know if they will work with the Hope rotors. If they dont, I will return them and move on with a different option. Maybe HS2.

Thanks! I am going to try the Hope rotors, if they fit, and the Galfer purple pads. If the Hopes don't fit, then I will probably go for the HS2.

I am trying to achieve better braking without the cost of new calipers and levers. These bikes are heavy, and with the current stock setup, the braking only performs up to certain point.
