Anyone have experience with the Orange Phase Mx E-bike? How does it compare to a Specialized Levo?

I'm having issues with turning the ebike off. It will turn on and can change modes just fine, but when I push and hold the button to turn it off, it does not respond. I have to wait for it shut off on its own (usually about 10 minutes). Anyone else experience this?
