Somewhere on this forum someone posted what tires you could put on the 2018 Turbo Levos. I was wondering if someone could point me on the right direction. Can I put 27.5 x 3" tires on front and back? How about 29 x ???.
I think it was one size tire fits on back and another on front...
On a 2018 Levo: The other day I rode the bike in the snow. I took the cold bike out of my garage which is at maybe 40 degrees F. Rode fine. Came back in and tried to charge and one of 3 things happened. #1. Plugged in charger when bike was still on, not sure though. #2. Tried to charge...
Yes the world is full of people that buy the latest thing and then sell it rather soon to attain max value on the next year's model. I would argue e-bikes are KING when it comes to depreciating assets as are RV's, computers, etc... If they have the disposable income then that is the best move...
I felt like the Trek POWERFLY 7 I demo'd earlier this year had longer cranks. The Haibike All Mtn 6.0 as well. My regular mountain bike has longer cranks and does not have ground strikes. So I'm not sure you can make blanket statements that mountain bikes need short cranks to avoid ground...
There's a thread here called "shorter crank arms" and I was wondering if anyone felt the crank arms on the 2018 Levo were too short and wanted longer ones? I guess the theory is shorter crank arms make sense with an e-bike because the motor is doing a bulk of the work and why have these large...
Wow - thanks for sharing. Can't wait to hear the outcome on this. We may never know what exactly happened. Whether belt shredding or clutch and bearings going. Certainly heat seems to be the likely suspect. What will be interesting is the length of time it takes you to get bike back. I had...
Anyone gone tubeless on the 2018 Turbo Levo? Wheels are 27.5" x 2.8"... I have the carbon S works so not sure whether the carbon rims affect the decision. Not sure if I need special rim tape or whether the rim is pre-ready to go for tubeless? Any tips if you've done it? THX!
I officially got the new 36T installed on the Turbo Levo. My high end is definitely better. Low end has not bothered me on any steep hills I have encountered. The chain did not need to be lengthened or changed out however a derailleur adjustment was necessary. After that it was really...
TMS - I have normal legs. The stock setup on the '18 Levo makes the flats too easy to peddle. You need a another gear to go to (with more resistance) and you don't have it. This seems to be widely agreed upon. My guess is the Levo is truly geared towards trails. When I ride...
I guess also what I'm wondering is: Is just changing the chainring to a 36T (from stock 32T) enough? Or do you do better by changing the cassette as well? i.e. you gain top end and don't suffer as much on low end...
This has been covered before but I was wondering if anyone could link me up with a good recommendation for a chainring and/or cassette for my 2018 Turbo Levo Carbon. Not just the size but perhaps a brand/model/store in USA to get...
I currently find I am riding flatter trails/roads and...
Funny the BLEvo icon is on my phone but the app is not found in my list of applications. Was trying to make sure "Location Services" was on and there is no BLEvo App there...
