Thanks mate,.... I had reached the point of considering selling my bike. This is my last-ditch attempt at actually having the "ownership-rights" over something that I have purchased. Will wait as long as it takes :)

I have spent the best part of a year going from one place to another here in Bulgaria, trying to get this issue resolved.
Got me an ebike for the very first time, exactly a year ago this week.
Totally impressed after a lifetime of pedaling. I was hooked immediately.
But soon realized that even though I had coughed up a nice little sum for the privilege of owning one,.... I was going to end up traveling slower than...
