Never heard of any branded charger having issues , over heating or catching fire.
It's only after market replacement chargers or cheap conversion kits from China that tend to burn your house down .

I cut a 40mm waste pipe to set the hight required so it won't slowly sink.
Then added 2 bolts to stop the clamp turning and letting the front wheel touch the floor.
