Quick test ride today to fine tune everything. Wasn’t happy with the spacers and the shifting yet. Lost the chain on the top sprocket 2 times but finally did the right adjustments. But now I am happy
After replacing almost everything by myself… Not gonna lie I am a bit proud of myself. Changed the wheels, freehub, cassette, derailleur, shifter, saddle, headset, fork, pedals. Also went tubeless.
Next step will be damper, brake discs, brake lever and grips.
Having the personal opinion that the Adidas ad is a bad thing is fine for me. But making this a thread in an EMTB Forum that should be about the bikes and our hobby, I don’t know.
Get a life kid -.-
I highly disagree with the „don’t use the turbo mode“ rule. The turbo is there to use it and I want to have fun without being absolutely exhausted after 2-3 climbs. I try to keep my heart rate at 140-145. Turbo mode is a blessing there. I also sometimes use the turbo to get out of some corners...
Its hard to say how a larger travel will affect your bike geometry. I am not an expert when it comes to things like that. In general i´d say its possible to get a 120mm fork but my question would be: is 20mm travel worth the effort? I don´t think so.
I also don´t think that upgrading to a Judy...
I recommend having a look into your motors manual.
Bosch for example says: remove the battery, cover the contacts. Now you can wash your bike. I don´t use high pressure. Just a regular garden hose. Never had any issue.
Its hard to give you any advice if we don´t know what kind of bike you have and which parts are already on it. Also without knowing what kind of rides you do at the weekend, its really hard to say.
A boost axle has 15x110 mm.
General info for replacing the fork / damper:
Don´t change the...
After a successful installation of all my new parts i can say: the motor didn´t care at all. But that is also because Haibike is selling bikes in many different variations of gear ratios going up to even 40-10. For the Bosch Motor they just have one config that they put on all their bikes i...
a good phone mount is the one from MOUS. They are a company in the UK. I ordered this bundle here:

it is really great and Berm Peak also did a review on youtube to that.
Hey folks,
maybe you can help with this one:
On my new fork I have a Post Mount 6 mount for brake discs with the diameter 160 mm. I drive 203 mm and need an adapter, which I have also already bought. Unlike Post Mount 7, here the adapter is screwed directly to the fork and the brake caliper...
The software with the gear ratio comes from the bike manufacturer. In my case, Haibike. They set the parameters and for the local bike shops, the fields in the software where you actually set those parameters are greyed out.
The shop just puts the right software into the motor. That’s it.
