Nice. What kind of handlebars do you have? Also, do you notice a big difference between the Fox 36 vs. the Fox 38 forks? I have the Fox 36 on my Levo Gen 3 and was wondering if I should get the Fox 38s.
The problem is, this website is not an independent consumer site, or journalist source. It's an industry gatekeeper. So you're not going to get the truth here before the industry tells them it's okay. This website is supported by, and works for, the industry, not us.
That's a nice bike, and looks so much slimmer than the Levo, even though it has 85 Nm, which is no difference really if the Levo has 90 Nm. The Japanese market is very limited, however, and I don't think I can get that here.
Will the new Gen 4 Levo be able to use a battery range extender? If so, can we just use the SL battery range extender? I still have the SL battery range extender from when I had my Kenevo SL.
Is the motor fairly easy to take out? Have you come across any useful YouTube videos on how to take out the motor? I ask, because my motor is making a whistling or whirrring sound, and so I'm worried that I'll have to replace the motor soon. But I'll have to take the motor out myself, because...
That sucks, and I also worry about breaking down miles from home. Did your motor make a whistling sound like this? Turn up the volume high on your computer, because some people told me that they could not hear it, but I do. Here: Vocaroo | Online voice recorder
I'm worried, too. My Levo Gen 3 is making a whistling noise, but I can't get any service here in Japan. I'm not sure what I'm going to do. Frustrating position to be in.
I travelled to Taiwan to buy my Levo Gen 3. The owner of the main Specialized shop in Taipei told me that updating the firmware is not that important. I asked him about it, because I live in Japan and the Levo is illegal in Japan and Specialized shops in Japan cannot update the firmware for me...
I prefer the Kenevo SL going down washed out logging roads that I ride. It was a lot more stable than the Levo. I'd like to get a regular Kenevo, but they don't sell them in Japan.
Thanks. I had a Kenevo SL and liked it, but it was just not powerful enough for me. I'm now riding a Levo (not SL) and like it. I went from 35 Nm to 90 Nm and wow....
