I wouldn't buy another Spesh
Mine fell apart due to very little PDI checks, 38 forks were full of grease and didn't work, rear shock was warranted as many were. Wheels were rubbish, ended up buying new ones.
The shop I bought it from has been lousy and has tried to scam he into buying things...
I bought my bike just over a year ago (KSL) and also have two range extenders. In the settings you used to be rinse an extender first, replace with a water bottle if you wanted and then burn the main battery
That option went soon after buying the extenders with app updates 😠
Recently went from a 5 to a 7 as they were in a sale late last year. Wanted a longer lasting battery. I charged this a week ago and have ridden with it couple of times this week (short and digging). Still wont need a charge for quite a long time
Cheers @steve_sordy
I think it's just the shop trying to pull my pants down. They said the chain needs swapping too and it's the third one and has done only 15 miles. (One ride) I know because I measure them and swap out when needed.
Thanks 👍🏻
Shop reckons my cassette needs changing after 800miles. My old eyes can't see enough damage to warrant it. New lower spec cassette also in image for reference. What do you think? 🤔
Same here.
I bought my KSL locally for support on battery/motor etc. After 800miles and me having a moan after the glitchy firmware I have, wheels made of cheese. Reasonable level shock and forks that have both failed or needed servicing from new and a frame that had pivot fittings come...
I'm not sure, mine have might have been damage related as last chain broke just before I put it in the shop for a failed X2 which has been warrantied, the front ring had a split tooth and I haven't studied the cassette properly. Been ill since
@Rob Rides EMTB I cant agree more with every point you made in the video.
I'm sure that in time someone in Asia will bring out a charger with adjustable outputs and adaptor/plugs a bit like those that used to be common for laptops and it will probably help you burn the garage/shed/house down...
Hello
My KSL was bought this year and came with an X01 Cassette which is something I've never put on any of my bikes before due to the cost, I've always been of recent years a GX buyer or previously and sometime ago XT/SLX.
The drive group, is now tired/done after two chains and 800 IMHO...
