Yeah sadly the first one was cursed 😅 with the battery issues, motor issues and a door that would not stay on, yes I did take a bit of a loss on it. I have a full power Levo, and our Transition rep did his job and let me know the improvements, and then the employee price was so low on the alloy...
Thought I'd throw an update here, I have three rides on the new alloy PNW Relay (I swapped the coil for air) and so far its been a better experience than the Carbon one I had when they first released. First the new software has eliminated the weird "disco lights" problem that used to happen on...
Well, some may call me stupid (lol that's ok its all for science) but the employee price on the PNW alloy is too cheap to pass up on, plus Transition says the new software update makes a big difference in reliability, and I missed how good the bike rode so I ordered a new Alloy Relay. Going to...
I took my KSL to one race and If your races are like mine the e-enduro class is a full power requirement, the extra power you get is worth the weight. You'd be surprised how much you will be in turbo coming out of corners or short punchy climbs mid stage. I did the rest of the season on my "Full...
I have been resisting the urge to buy a R-PT, because there is nothing wrong with my Levo (lol), but I really miss how Transitions ride so I'm always tempted. Have you had any issues yet? My Relay was a major let down and I'm leery of buying a "first gen" bike again lol.
Oh man that's a bummer, we have had this happen once that I can remember, the customer lived two hours out of town so he bought online and turned out the sensor cable connection was broken, we got the part in and had the bike up in about a week but he had to drive four hours to get it sorted...
My experience with Fazua's motor and that god awful headset routing makes this a hard pass. Focus wants to take a hard line with that headset nonsense they can keep their bikes.
Its super easy in the Studio software (I work at a shop) you just need the the wheelsize CM which I got from here:

I run mine mullet as well, HS in the steep position (64 deg) and rear end in the high. We have a lot of roots and rocks but in this set up very rarely pedal strike. I also updated the wheel size for the motor (bike shop can do very easy). The tight switch backs are so good this way!
I had a short time on my Relay, Lots of issues and I will summarize it as this: "Great bike, sub par ebike". Sticking with my full gas Levo, and got another Kenevo SL.
I'm 5'11 with a short inseam (29) I started with an S4 and a 150mm dropper, and it felt huge stand over an reach wise. I am currently on an S3 with a one up 180mm dropper and a 50mm stem it feels so much better. Its a great do all bike as I use mine to ride with the younger fitter analog guys...
The Relay motor is more powerful, honestly that and how quiet it is are really is the only things I would say that is better about the Relay over the KSL.
