I spoke to Ohlins directly when figuring this out and they reccommended the TTX. (Ofcourse they did.... )
TFTuned also recommended the Ohlins, and I figure they know a thing or two about suspension.
As for the shaft, the DBCOIL IL uses a 8mm shaft, the ohlins 10mm. (Measured that myself)

Your AXS problem sounds like mine - before the correct b-tension was set.
Did you use the b-tension tool that came with AXS and follow the instructions?
