Well, if that’s the case, I don’t know where they list who makes the motor. It’s not on the product page. And as far as reliability goes, my family that owns a bike shop would beg to differ. They deal with it everyday.

In my opinion, I would stay away from the Fazua Ride 60. I’ve heard way too many problems. The only 2 motors I’d buy are a Bosch and the TQ motor. TQ has had a few issues, but Treks customer service is so good, I wouldn’t sweat it. And, TQ is constantly improving them. My EXe got an error code...

Always low for a 29 in the back. The EXes have to much weight in the front anyway. Make sure rear sag is a solid 30%.

Go straight to the 35mm ones. I went with 20mm, then rode the same bike a friend has with 35mm and now I’m switching.

Well, it’s a myth that it will make your front end loose or take weight off the front end. Ride loose with your hands and arms and push your weight through your legs and feet. You’re still on the bike between the two wheels and gravity still works the same. Also reset rear sag. You’ll be fine.

I just noticed that I didn’t have a map downloaded. So I think what happened was somehow automatic ride tracking got switched off. When I deleted the app and put the app back on my phone, I didn’t download a map. We’ll see what happens on my next ride.

Automatic Ride Tracking was off in the Trek Central app. I turned it on, but that didn’t solve my issue.

I just checked and that’s the way mine is.
