My charger is getting hot too. When it charges the last 20% (80% to 100%) my charger also makes high frequency noises. I went to my local bike shop and the shop replaced the charger. The new one makes the same noises and getting hot too. So i think it´s normal (230V - 50Hz).
Yes. The Spacer "M" goes thru the bearing and the frame. You must drop the motor to remove the Spacer "M". Without the Spacer "M" the chainstay is free and you can access the bearings.

The GX Chain ist very bad in durabillity, especially on an eeb! I minimum recommend a X01 Chain, that comes with the hardchrome coating and will last longer. XX1 have this coating too.
That´s right. The alloy parts (seat- and chainstay) are black-matt and the carbon parts (seat- and chainstay) are black-glossy. I know it, because i had a crack in a weld of my chainstay.
