When pedalling backwards it offers some resistance, not much but enough to feel something is not normal. Is it normal or it means that somehting is bad and it needs service? Pedalling forward, no issues. Thanks!

Does anyone knows how to unlock the speed limit of the Riverside 500e? I´ve talked to some Decathlon staff and they all said that it is possible but unfortunately were not allowed to tell people. This is an important detail for me, as I really enjoyed the bike. Thank you all!
