Hey
It was none of those. There is some kind of caddy inside, between the frame and the battery, right?
Around the middle of the caddy, there is a screw that was not wide enough to attach the caddy to the frame.
So, to close the topic: keys were found ehehehhe
After removing the battery, the problem was on one screw that attaches the battery base to the frame. Added a washer and everything is tight again.
Gonna test it this weekend.
Well, just checked the issue: there's a screw missing that attaches the "battery key system". PROBLEM now: can't find my key...
What do you use as screw (any specific one) and any alternative for the key?
Thanks
Thanks for the ideas guys. I will check.
About the battery rattling, yeah, it's being bothering me for some time. It's a big fail from cube.
Yesterday I was on an event where there were some Ebikes, and none rattle like mine...
Hey guys
Today I noticed a bigger rattle coming from the battery compartment. When I checked, the cover doesn't seem to attach perfectly to the frame, having a gap of a few mm.
Is there any adjustment to the release button to make it push more to the cover and make a better closing?
Thanks
Hey guys

Thanks
The Monterra have the same motor and battery as my Cube (if I'm seeing the specs correctly), and I can do 70/80km with around 1500/1700m ascent in eco mode.
For me is good enough.
For my partners, it's worse since they can't keep up aahhahahah
Yesterday it was the first real ride with my Cube Stereo 160 625W, bought in second hand!!
And it was wonderful!!
My group of friends decided to do a usual ride with about 60km and +1800m.
I was a little afraid that the battery range wouldn't be enough and I was kind of mentally prepared to do...
I'm a tubeless tyre user for years now and no problems whatsoever, but on my "new" EMTB the tires are not Tubeless ready (the previous owner was running with tubes) and the tyres are still good for many km, so I asked the store to add some tubes with slime, that will prevent any punctures. When...
