Does an Ebike make your legs waste away ;-)

Good point. Both my e-bikes have shorter cranks. Also, I noticed when climbing steep grades on an Amish bike there is a leverage thing going on. More pulling or locking against the bars as we torque through our pedal strokes. Not sure how to explain, but i find ride e-bikes hands stay pretty...

Does an Ebike make your legs waste away ;-)

Yes and no, I just experiencing the same thing. After spending the last 2 and a half years just e-biking (I ride everywhere as fast as i can, have a 60nm and full fat) Last week I pulled one of my Amish bikes off the wall and went for a ride. Holy crap i spent the first 15 minutes stopping to...

I'm starting to regret getting my Orbea Rise...

I have had no problems with my 2022 M-Team with over 900 miles on it so far. Ride the bike hard on rough rocky Enduro type single tracks. Though my ride with gear is weight is 170 lbs. I agree you have to a bit careful with the charger door when in the open position. For me upping the the fork...

Levo Gen 3 Cascade Link 2022+ Levo Long Shock Kit

I am curranty sticking with 0 tokens around 100 psi for now. I probably would never had tried that setup if it weren't for ebikerider comment above. Curious what you think. Side note i have found that the compression settings on the shock can have an effect on fork travel. I assume that's a...

Levo Gen 3 Cascade Link 2022+ Levo Long Shock Kit

@ FirstAscent, I am 170 lbs with riding gear and am finding the same issues as you (except @ 160mm travel) I have tried everything from 3 tokens @ 72 psi to 0 tokens with 98 psi. When the bike was stock there was no problem with using most of the forks travel. My thinking is the only thing that...

Levo Gen 3 Cascade Link 2022+ Levo Long Shock Kit

Your right being old did lower the spring rate. I agree with also ordering the 45# spring. I do like the idea of be able to dialing in some compression compared to having to run it wide open. Thanks for the input.

Levo Gen 3 Cascade Link 2022+ Levo Long Shock Kit

Yes I am a little worried about a 40# spring but that's where the Vorsprung calculator ended up. Have you Have you tried the calculator? is the calculator correct? https://www.vorsprungsuspension.com/collections/all/products/smashpot-fork-coil-conversion-system-2021

Levo Gen 3 Cascade Link 2022+ Levo Long Shock Kit

I did up the compression on the e-storia and it made a difference with balancing the bike out front to rear. I still think the 38 can be a love hate scenario. I am curranty running about 24% sag with HSC open & LSC 4 in from open. I agree with what MM5K said with upping the air and I have found...

Levo Gen 3 Cascade Link 2022+ Levo Long Shock Kit

I was thinking same on a stiffer spring but concentered about decreasing the sag. In my. EXT supposedly tuned the shock for my riding weight,Terrain, bike and ability. Also I forgot to mention HSC is full open and LSC 2 in from full open. I have a fox 36 and 38 and both in my opinion are over...

Levo Gen 3 Cascade Link 2022+ Levo Long Shock Kit

I been following this thread and haven’t seen anybody having the current problem I am having. I recently put the long shock kit on my 2022 Levo expert along with the e-storia. Rider weight with gear 170 lbs and EXT sent me a 375 and a 400 lbs coil. I went with the 400 lbs, sag came in at 32%...
