My Heckler is over 50lbs and for your riding style you might like the SC Bullit better but it’s still a shimano motor.
One of my riding buddies (and a LBS owner) rode a Bullit for the past three years and is now on an Orbea Wild. He prefers the new Wild and is loving the Bosch motor it has...
People love to throw shade at something they aren’t happy with. Sadly, it’s human nature. When someone comes in to compliment that “thing” they get labeled as a fanboy by that same human. Kind of pathetic IMOP. There is not one thing in this world that satisfies everyone. It’s impossible. Just...
My experience has been nothing but good with Craig and his team. I appreciated his knowledge and insight. I cannot speak to your experience as i wasn’t privy to the interactions to form my own opinion.
You referring to someone as an arrogant a$$holes does make me lean to one side though. We...
I find the value on his shock builds extremely competitive and definitely saving coin when compared to Estoria & Push. My hybrid coil is a different story but I decided to spoil myself.
Update…my new fork is installed and shoulders are feeling great! Looks like my intuition was spot on. My Lyrik was a lemon and my new coil hybrid fork is a cloud! Thank You Avalanche Suspension!!!!
The Heckler has plenty of travel for chunky terrain. Especially if you know how to pick a line. I don’t send it off jumps or drops either and I’m not in the process of turning the Heck into a Bull. The new fork will be the same travel.
I agree with your assessment for riding in general but in my case I understand bent elbows, bar width isn’t the issue and I’ve played with getting my bars higher. My eBike bars are the same width as my analog and both are shorter then my friends bike I ride with no issues. My form/riding ability...
Already done that as my local terrain is chunky and has the ability to beat you up if you don’t know how to pick a good line. Upper body workout and getting tired is different from getting sore during/after rides. That’s one of the reasons I’ve narrowed it down to cockpit dimensions/setup or...
The interesting thing is when I’ve ridden my friends Bullit eBike I’ve had no issues. But if I switch over to my Heckler it comes on. This tossed out the eBike & weight theory for my situation and I know it’s not grips, tire pressure or strength. I’m leaning towards it’s a fork issue so I have...
