I watched some good youtube vids that all said to take wheel off and pads out use ether bleeding block or old pads and piece of old disk. I used a bleeding block and managed to make them worse. SRAM says change pads once plate and pad are under 3mm, mine were 2.5mm so pads not flash but I...
Feedback on my Horizon V2 rear with nukeproof insert, running around 25 PSI. Can't fault it so far, a few drop offs in the park and trails bit of rock gardens nothing too full on, wheel and spokes still looks good. Nice buzz to the hub but not overboard. No Idea how the HG spline is going. Over...
Hey Mate, yep clocked up heaps of rides now. Really happy with it. Just took me longer than others to adjust my weight placement to feel comfortable and get the benefits. I was also shagging round with my tire pressures which I guess didn't help. But I felt the front was washing out in the loose...
Hey husky
I'm not a gun on these bikes but my two mates I ride with are, turbo levos 29". I regularly ride outside of my comfort level with these guys. I like you enjoyed the improvement with the 27 and long chainstay chip not flipped, but didn't like the pedal strikes on my regular downhill...
Hey mate, thanks for the info, awesome discription cheers. I did it yesterday after a fair bit of google and SRAM manuals. Exactly like you mentioned. Anyone doing this follow Sijmes info above. Yep soon worked out can only take 2 or 4 ECT links, which makes me think other FB page that said 3...
I've read elsewhere that 3 or 4 links come out of the chain if flipping the chip, does that sound rite?
I'm going to get another chain and shorten that one to suit.
Cheers.
I'm confident these tuners will do what I want them to do on my Bosch gen 4 and pretty keen to get one.
I also reckon there's a good chance if Bosch were to interrogate the memory they would pick up it had a tuner especially if I was going nuts with it. But not knowing exactly how each tuner...
Mate that's good feedback cheers. I spent a fair bit of my company's time researching and found the same regarding the Nukeproofs being same component as the spanks. Thanks for the feedback and good info for anyone thinking about getting the horizon V2's.
Oh nice one, well done, I cant track one down regardless of how much I want to pay!
I have a Horizon V2 on the way for a mullet, not sure how the hub will go on the Sam2's Bosch gen 4, time will tell and I'll report back.
Didn't want to part with too much cash if mullet wasn't for me.

Hey Mate, cheers for the reply.
I got confused with another brand and thought the Neutron had less spokes so never looked at it, but just seen its also 32. Good point re engagement, I thought the same, but also thought it may spread the load over more points rater than loading less - I over...
Hey all,
Giday from South Australia.
After borrowing a mates ebike and demoing a Focus Jam2 then a Sam2 I'm hooked.
Have ordered a Sam2 6.8, more good times ahead!
Cheers.
