    Bafang M560

Yes took it up a steep bank and it had some more power than a stock M600. Just a few minutes ride so just got a rough impression. Didn't get a sense of how much more.

Sorry didn't check labels on the motor. They said current production, quieter than first run.

    Bafang M560

Rode a new M560 at Sea Otter Classic event this weekend (not sure 500W or 750W) from the Bafang booth and it was just a little louder than an M600 with nylon gear but wasn't too annoying for my ear. Bafang unfortunately doesn't do quieter helical cut gears but the angle cut gears if greased...

    Bafang M560

It was at the Sea Otter Classic MTB show in Monterey, California. Just did a short test ride with mild grade. I think it has the same gear reduction as the M600 so probably similar bog down in higher gears on steeps. Powered up steep climbs in lower gears very well.

M600 with Ludicrous controller is a nice combination except for the poor outer bearings. Crossing fingers for you. vext comments on the different Bafang motors is accurate.

    BAFANG m600

Would be interested to see pics of your mods. Had an M600 with 500 miles with 80% of them in dry conditions and water ingress or condensation damage caused bearings around the crank and a couple other bearings to rust and fail. Rust was all over the mechanicals, a bit of grit mixed in but not bad.

    Water Bottle on the e10

Fidlock looks great for the XL but when I checked the printed out profile the 450ml wouldn't fit my Med E10. Didn't see smaller size Fidlocks. Any other suggestions appreciated. Only thing I can think of is under seat or trying to rig a 300ml/10oz size running water bottle with a strap.
