From what I understand, and have been told by many spesh deaelers, is the frame warranty only covers the front triangle. Any problems with links or the rear triangle are not covered. It's not surprising to see that spesh doesn't like longer forks installed either. I agree, save your stock parts...
I have a similar noise in my 2022 alloy Levo. I swapped the seatpost and seat with no change in noise. While riding I can reach down and feel the clicking in the seatpost tube on the frame. My next step was to remove and lube the seatpost but I haven't bothered just yet.
I doubt you could easily cut and shorten the seatpost. I don't want to sound condescending, but did you have the bike shop help you with properly setting the seat height?
If OK, that leaves you with few options other than to replace the seatpost.

Sent an email to cascade regarding production of an updated long travel link kit for the 2022+ alloy frames. They said it won't be released until at least summer 2022.
Not sure I really *need* this kit, but it sure looks like it would be a nice upgrade along with a longer travel fork.
