The care rep referred me to the video and the setting was there. I drilled through it all but did not see it as an available option. Agree with you should have been already an available setting.
Exchanged emails with customer care about the issue selecting 12 hour time instead of 24 hour (military) - see below. That TCU setting will be released in a future software update:
