Not planning on changing no, but never say never. I think it’s best to sell the sram and get a 12 speed shimano when I need it. Don’t see much point in getting the linkglide and spending more money for the sake of it. That doesn’t utilise my sram cassette if I buy the complete set as you say.

Yes alloy rims. Rim tape was my thought. I suppose it loses 2-3psi a day. The other rim doesn’t do it so I can only assume it’s the rim tape.
