Quick update. Got speed freeze again today, on the Garmin. Turned the Levo off and on again - problem solved. Minor inconvenience while I figure out the real cause (which I strongly suspect is the eBike Screen app on Garmin IQ)

Hi. This is happening on my brand new '22 Turbo Levo Expert. Happens each time after a couple of hours of riding. Speed freezes at 16mph (which is close to 27kph). Not tried turning the TCU on and off - good to know that might work. Using Garmin 830. Would love to get to th bottom of this...

Have you considered the newly released Specialized Gambit? Weighs about the same as a trail lid, but is fully DH certified. Bought one for the same reasons as you, and LOVE it.....
