Hi just plugged in another c7 cable to the charger from another device and bang charge started pulsing straight away absolutely ecstatic.thanks everyone

Hi no when I plug it into bike no power flashes up on display the other thing is they've sent me a charger with only a 2 pin so I have to plug it into a uk adapter

Hi just received my cube reaction hybrid but having a problem charging. the purion display shows 2 bars of battery when I plug in charger to bike it doesnt do anything no light no pulsing nothing same when I connect to the battery directly I think maybe charger is faulty as the bikes battery...

I think charger is faulty took battery out plugged in charger 2 bars on battery still no pulsing when charger switched on..so no pulsing either way I charge it but battery is holding charge from factory.Absoblutely gutted

Hi just received my cube reaction got 2 bars on the purion display tried charging it up but not getting any pulsing on display.dont if there is a light on the charger or not but dont seem to be getting any power.any ideas or is it a case of sending it back.cheers
