Yeah initially had to trial & error a number of changes but what worked best (for me) was to move the wheel magnet away from & more towards the hub of the wheel to fix it. Since doing that it hasn't missed a beat. Hope that helps

For any of the Aussie Dengfu crew, wondering has anyone tried or had any luck sourcing a BESST tool - for firmware updates etc? Was looking at the Luna Cycles site, but they are showing out of stock?
I have this controller on another Ebike & its excellent but alas here the Bafang M600 uses a CAN (bus) system. You need a CAN compatible display, can find on Luna Cycles website or Alibaba - see link

Ah - Grey's Pt know it well - great spot used to do a lot of bush walking around there to Temptation Cr, then over to Audley, as I'm a shire original. That said these days based in North Ryde, so my riding is mostly around Lane Cove National Park.
Just joined as another Aussie - have the E10 with M600, am also based in Sydney. Definitely look forward to hearing more from some local owners, eg customisations, tuning etc. Gotta say am really loving this bike - so very capable.
Yeah - this happened to mine as well from new. Dealer requested me to take a video on my phone showing how / where it occurs. Took the bike back to shop, where the dealer slips on an extra little magnet on top off the existing wheel speed magnet - kinda like two together - and now the speed...
For mine the best way was to use the Bafang Go app on my phone, then using the app, connect the bike via Bluetooth - the app will confirm the Bluetooth MAC address, choose connect, then go through the settings to see you specific controller info, via the Bafang Go app. See the screen shot attached
