That was what I thought at first but they confirmed it was the right firmware. It is indeed limited to 60Nm in the app and I've got the motor report from the LBS extracted with the E-Tube PRO app that confirmes it.
I have an Orbea rise M20 with the EP8 RS for almost three years now and have done 3800km with it. I was very happy with this motor until it failed a few weeks ago. My LBS was able to warranty it even if the 2 years limit has long passed! The motor was replaced and I even had nothing to pay - no...
It happened 2 times now that I run out of battery and had to cycle back muscularly. And then I realize why I had 12 speed!
What will happen if you run out of juice with an electric gearbox like this?
Like Gardcol said, what you can get in summer can be very different in winter with cold and mud!
My usual ride is about 40km and 600m of elevation. in the summer I usually come back with 30 or 20 % of battery, depends on the conditions and mine also...
But the last winter was really really wet...
I will but it it will take some time.
I go to the hospital tomorrow for an operation and will be out both riding and working for a month!
During this month as soon as I can lift a little bit of weight, I will go to the carbon specialist.
I've done the tapping test thing already and didn't notice a change of sound. It looks there is no damage to the carbon itself.
My fall was more of a slide in a field , it was so slippery and muddy that the rear wheel went slowly sideways till the point I was totally lying on the ground and...
Thanks everybody for answers and inputs. It seems that's only the paint that cracked and pealed but I will see a carbon specialist anyway as soon as I can.
I took some new pictures after removing loose parts and it seems to me that it's just the paint layer that is gone.
I also "knock" on the frame and the sound didn't change...
What do you think?
Thanks for your answer.
Yes, it's a little more than a simple scratch but my english is limited and it was the only word i found...
TBH I was not expecting an answer as radical and I suppose as expansive as yours. Is it that bad?
Hi,
Last ride I fell and now there is a big scratch on my carbon frame.
I have no idea what can I do or have to do to avoid that damage to extend more.
Any advice will be welcome, thanks.
Rapid racer proguard max and the SKS Mudrocker rear with the extender for the linkage bearings & the extension for the projection on the back. Works really really well!
Just to warn you about the size you choose. I have an M20 Large.
I'm 178cm with 32 inside leg and I had to put the seatpost almost all the way down to be comfortable...
