I don't think I use a torque wrench to mount it. Just tightened at feeling, not too much, and checked from times to times at the beginning that it does not gets loose.

I think the L (19") shall make it. Some bike manufacturers like Trek indicate L for 174 to 188 cm (M from 161 to 175). I suggest you go testing bikes on local stores to check your ride feeling on both M and L bikes.

I'd like to buy the spare parts on the schema. It seems bafang won"t sell the part in the blue circle separately from the chainring.
Do you know elsewhere I could buy such corresponding part ? (I don't even know how to name it) I would like to find a lighter one...
