Hi, my MC on the 2020 Turbo Levo is recording the ride to my iPhone 13 during the ride, but when I finish the ride it states on the MC App that the ride cannot be saved as there is no internet connection. Yet my phone has full 4G and wifi connection. How do I remedy this? Thanks.

Thanks. No, power saving is always switched off. Went out today to see if same problem occurred but too cold and so quickly returned!

I sure it must be bike wheel sensor. Have correct circumference logged in.

New Levo. 4th ride today. This was about 18 miles with no stops. Although mission control plotted the route accurately on the map and the duration (1hr 21 minutes) it recorded the distance only as only being 1.97miles with an average speed as 1.44mph ! All the software etc. is up to date...

Thanks. Recently moved from Wimborne area to outside Blandford. Plenty of bridleways and hills - looking forward to giving them a go. The hills here are chalky so dry out quickly.

New to MTB. Took the Covid lockdown plunge and ordered a Specialized Turbo Levo via the internet which has just arrived. Wow. Pretty muddy around here and may have to spoil its looks by ordering some mudguards! As new to MTB I probably will be asking some fairly simple and naive questions.
