Apologies (I am a future Rail owner), can the Rail head tube accept different sized bearings? I have not been able to find any info on head tube measurements and whether or not it uses bearing cups. Thanks in advanced for your help!

Thanks! Completely agree, 160-180 day wait is brutal (no guarantee that it will be ready by then!). LBS had a 9.7 available, but decided to be patient and get the spec that I wanted (upgrading the 9.7 would have been more out of pocket). Will fill in the wait riding my analogue MTB and living...

Placed an order for a Trek Rail 9.8 XT a week ago and counting down the 160-180 days to estimated delivery date. This will be my first e-bike, looking forward to getting more laps in on my local trails (that allow e-bikes).
