finally, after 3 months of waiting, the battery is finally on the bike, and focus has taken care a part of the replacement. 200 euros at my expense. :)
same problem for me, Focus Jam² 2018, 2900 kms , what's more: at the end of charging, 1 battery bar is missing.
the dealer told me the battery is damaged, replacement 649 € + 70€ of labor, no warranty:mad::mad::mad:
