Shame the spider is such a bugger to get hold of really else it's not a big issue to solve! Plus lack of 38 T sprocket in steel also.

Haibike AllMtn 7 Chain Suck issue...

Yeh I read that wolf tooth bit the other day interesting and makes sense.. Haibike have obviously not got a suitable ring for the 12 speed shimano chain. The fact you can't even buy one leaves no hope for a free one under warranty.. Going forward it is an issue with wanting to ride it now not...

Haibike AllMtn 7 Chain Suck issue...

This chain ring issue is really starting to piss me off. I haven't had any issue with it sucking it all the way up and hitting frame but the ring is grabbing and not letting go of the chain properly. The ring looks excessively worn to me (it's done 350 miles) . Opinions? Fucking rediculous that...

Haibike AllMtn 7 Chain Suck issue...

Hi all my best friend is having the same issue on his all mountain 7.. First chain changed at 300 miles as at 0.75 stretch and the front ring looks excessively worn in my opinion. The bike has been well looked after and treated correctly. The noise the chain suck is giving is horrid. And it...

    Battery levels

Hi all, clocked a 28km off road ride today with 800 m of climbing, kept a check on my battery as didn't want to get caught short.. St unlocker app showed 31 percent remaining shortly after I dropped to one red bar (I'm guessing it does this at 35 percent then?) just curious as to when it dies...

    New vitus e sommet owner

That's not too bad money for how much value it retains to the bike afterwards.. I'm not sure I'd trust myself to try and fit it mind! I found it hard enough using what I did for mine and had to screw a few bits up ?. Crank arms I agree are worth protecting I can see slight rub on mine already a...

    New vitus e sommet owner

Thanks for the input, I ended up using some carbon vinyl to cover the orange stickers up and have used motocross protective clear vinyl I have cut to fit all the hard wearing parts. Seems to be doing the job nicely.

    Vitus/Shimano E8000 range issues

Hi Paul, interesting read.. I'm now on my second week of owning an E sommet. I have the 2.5 maxxis assegai tyres running tubeless and I would agree for what you say you are riding they're far too soft a compound and weighty. I'm still learning the limits of my range and ran out of battery riding...
