Has anyone been able to derestrict Pole Voima? I have understood that it's not to simple with this new Bosch Smart System and valve-mounted speed sensor..?

No I did not use Etube or any other phone application. I actually did try Stunlocker first, but could not get it connected at all...
I noticed that in the EP8's small display, in the Settings- menu, there is a submenu "Lights" where it can be switched on. And the bike is 2021 Canyon GrandCanyon:ON.
I got it installed :=)
And it did not even need Stunlocker, there was an option in the Settings- menu to set the lights on! Infact, I first tried the Stunlocker, but could not get it connected at all with Canyon's EP8, don't know why..?
Hi all! I just noticed that this plastic ring (sorry, don't know the English word for it) is broken into two pieces. Where I could get a new one; do I have to get original part directly from Cube dealer, or is there any other better quality part which would fit this bike also??
I tried to search for instructions on how to install a front light in EP8's light connection, but no luck. Can someone help me; where should the wire be connected on the motor, is there anything I should do the make it work?
Exactly my thoughts also! Bosch is a really good motor, but because it's software is totally closed and it seems to have stupid errors when derestricting, my next motor will surely be something else...
Has anyone already tried the new 1.1.5.0 software, with "manipulation detection improvement"..? Does it make tunign more difficult or even easier, any effect on Error 504??
As I said, I feel that their software is totally crap over all, and they don't even give any choice because the system is totally closed. Bluetooth connection does not work all the time, and mobile app is really basic and quite useless overall. No connections to the most common sports...
I'm really tired of this BS from Bosch, their random 504 errors, totally closed system, and crappy software :-( It's a shame since the motor itself is great, but this kind of a stupidities totally mess up the customer experience over all, IMO. This will surely will be my last bike with Bosch...
Does anyone know why I can't see routes on any of my activities on eBike Connect?? I have the "Store gelolocation data" setting ON, if it makes any difference...?
I don't think that few holes in this plate could have any effect on the bike's warranty? Anyway, it's just a small & flimsy plastic cover that costs 30€/$, and can be changed in minutes just by opening 3 bolts. When my original plate broke, I actually bought two new ones; another is now...
It's 5mm thick when for example Stand Up- plate is 2.5mm, I don't think that another 2.5mm makes any difference in real life? And I'm also quite sure that if you wish to use 3mm PE300- plate, that should do it just as well since it's really tough material .
Actually I was thinking exactly the same AFTER I got it installed! Maybe I'll take it off, change pop rivets for bigger countersunk ones, and put some rubber in between...

Thanks Antti86, but I have understood that Standup's cover and all selfmade covers in that thread as well should be used WITH the original guard (which also gives protection for all the wires and connectors on the left side of the motor), not INSTEAD OF? I need something that fits on the place...
