There's something fishy going on with Specialized. Not sure if the dealers are the problem or specialized or both. There are so many inconsistencies within that organization. Having spent many years in the corporate world, I would guess that the issue is management right from the top.

Well that makes me wonder what is really going on? When I took it to the dealer, he called specialized right in front of me, and from what I was able to overhear, they verified his story that there was no warranty for second owner. I was aware of the 4 year warranty extension at the time, so I...
Ok got this back from Specialized in Canada:
"There is a 4 years warranty on all Levo's gen 2 (2019-2020 ) for all the original owners.
For second owners they get a 2 years warranty if the bike was bought originally after 2019. "
It does not specify when the 2 year warranty starts for 2nd...
Yap, they are not a nice customer oriented shop. You always leave that place with a bad feeling and quite often they make you feel like it's your fault when something goes wrong. Before I moved here last year, I had a problem with the flip wire harness that connects to the battery, and the local...
So it seams that the belt has failed on my levo at 1,600 km. Took it to the specialized shop and was tolled that there is no such thing as a 4 year warranty (in Canada/North America). Also warranty only applies to the original owner, since I got my used (260 km when I purchased it) I have no...
Did the upgrade to 220. It makes one finger braking easier especially on long descends. Good bang for the buck rather than getting new brakes for 3 to 4 times the cost.
I'm looking at upsizing my rotor from the 203mm to 220mm rotor. I can't seam to find any info as to the adaptor bracket size that is needed for the conversion?
Has anyone done this and if so what bracket size is required? What brand rotor did you choose?
thanks.
Thanks, did not see that one, but my hopes were quickly dashed as the shipping is prohibitive and the cost is high as well. That would workout to over $100 Canadian. Yikes! I can get smaller sizes for under $10. Crazy! I'll wait for something more reasonable.
I had to replace the rear hub bearings (6903-LU). I suspect the reason they went was because they were over tightened (to much pre-load). What I cannot determine is how much do the axle/shaft nuts have to be tightened. Asked the local shops and getting conflicting info from very tight to finger...
I need to replace the dropper post on my Levo. It's pretty straight forward but I have one question: how do your remove the lower cable routing clip on the side arm (the triangular shaped as shown on page 92 of the MY19TurboLevoFSR_Tech_Service_Workbook_Retailer manual that I downloaded from...
