The shuttle service/bike shop can provide maps and guides. You should give them a call for more info
The main trails lead back to town. Most forks are marked. Easy to navigate. Bring a printed map
Ebike. Shuttle 2-3 times
2-3 different routes/trails downhill
I’ve also done 2 Mt Hough shuttles and 1 Downieville shuttle ride the same day
So much downhill fun!
@WaveDude my Levo had a creaking noises while riding. I checked the linkage bearings and they were rough. Replaced with new and creaking gone. Yours sounds different, knocking, so I don't know if its the same issue. Have you checked if the bearings are smooth? Bearing covers installed...
A local shop owner already installed the new 1.2 on a Kenevo SL. The same shop also posted on social media that they will be offering this upgrade soon. When i called i was informed they could not mention more details yet, but it will be announced from specialized. That’s all I know and i guess...
I’ve seen a shop do a direct swap the old SL motor to the new 1.2 on a Kenevo SL
I heard Specialized will be announcing the option to purchase the New Specialized 1.2 SL Custom Rx Trail Tuned Motor as an upgrade for bikes fitted with the old motor. I don’t know if the old motor will be taken...
performs like any good headset i guess. Didn’t like the look of the stock one and didn’t like the fact i had to re-torque everything
i also don’t like the stock crown race. The wolftooth lower bearing come with a crown race that has a dust/water seal. I wash my bike often so good to have the...
The new shorter cable has zero play on my bike. I may need to lower the bottle cage, but the battery will rub against the door cover. I’m thinking any movement while shaking is pulling on the plug. Anyways I’m going to experiment with a fidlock or something…..making switching batteries even...
I tried to get used to the new AXS Pod controller for shifting. I like the old controller better
If specialized can do a firmware update so a button on the Pod can connect to the TCU to toggle assist modes. Then I would use the other button to control the dropper…. (Left side)
Haha I must...
I only use Turbo and only look at the main screen which is set to show the Axs gear so i got rid of the remote.
My solution for the battery cable unplugging when riding chunder is to just ride my Levo for those trails lol
Yes it’s close. I tried to move it further away but is restricted by the length of cable. I only nudged the RE little bit further than how the dealer set it up
you are right, it’s concerning because the cage bolts loosen too and would bring the RE closer to the door. I just reapplied loctite...
So it doesn’t need to be strapped to the cage then. RE won’t fall off? I’ve lost some water bottles before
Normal trail riding it’s fine. It disconnects when descending high speed with continuous rocky terrain for a long duration
Rode high speed chunky stuff today using full suspension travel and again the range extender disconnected. I would place the band higher but i still want it wrapped on the cage too.
Am i the only one experiencing this issue? I don’t use the cage for hydration so wishing there is a better mount...
