Tried a 230x65 dpx2 on my 29pro as per the original post and when it's fully deflated and your sat on the bike you have no more than 1mm clearance between the the seat stay bridge and the seat post now maybe the bridge is thicker on the CF models over the Ali base models, but call me a chicken...
I've uppped the air spring to 160mm and looking at having the 5mm travel spacer removed from the dpx2 to have 65 stroke so I'm keen to see the clearance
any chance you could take a picture from above showing what clearence you have with the shock fitted and fully defalted, reason I ask is if I remove the shock as per the picture with the bike on the ground the linkage touches the seat tube, thanks in advance.
Out of interest with the new shock completely compressed do you have the clearence on the rear wheel and linkage to frame, only reason i ask is the stock dpx2 is a 65mm stroke with a 5mm travel spacer fitted which is a fairly easy mod to remove and i have been considering doing this.
I guess because of what I had read that via the etube app the most assistance possible in trail was 100% and no more, but it's great to know I can set it to 200 % or higher now in trail , thanks
Is it possible to tune the motor with the app to get 300% assist in trail, like you do in boost? I'm sure I read the in trail the max assist was 100% regardless, I didn't know if the app allowed you to bypass this?
Hi, if you set the region to usa only and for what ever reason the motor failed and you where unable to connect to reset the region back to Eu, do you think Shimano can tell or even tell that its been changed and then reverted? Just thinking long term about having a warranty thrown out because...
