It’s not normal and they shall substitute. Mine did the same, send it to local shop and they sent me one. Did the same. Later send it again to another local shop and they substituted and it’s fine. Doesn’t get hot or noisy anymore. Mine also got hot from 80% onwards.

well, I also changed the codes rsc´s to magura mt7 on the levo. Really like the maguras. they are like porsche brakes on cars. BUTTTTT... i received the REIGN E+0 with code RSC´s also and i tried that bike and the braking is amazing! nothing like the ones on the levo were and I stuck knocking on...

LBS activated the waranty. hopefully will receive it next week.

I wouldnt touch the suspension in order to avoid pedal strickes. I would definitively check if the suspension is well tunned and sag is correct but would NOT turn around priorities.

No fuse in the plug. And tested the friends charger on same plug and worked.

The charger doesnt turn on. No light. A friends charger charge the bike perfectly. Also exchanged the cable that powers charger and nothing.

Hi, the bike was charging and suddendly the charger turned off. Charged up to 93%. Bike is updated. Limit charge was not enabled. Charger isnt hot, normal temp. Anyone experienced a similiar situation?

Tried dtswis carbon pon analogue bike - great wheels, cant go wrong; but for heavy dutty, more weight, bigger drops, i bought mavic edeemax for both my LEVo and for the Reign E+. Really like the edeemax. Feeling and peace of mind ($)

good day all, another option is to order a couple of wheels of your liking and keep the originals new. so you dont even worry about changing the freehub. we can find good wheels (very good indeed) and reasonable prices, if you dont make a point of being carbon.

Not yet. But i will have to go there.

Today i tried more than 20 times. No success. The best try reached 83% and disconnected the app/bike; but this varied, some times just did 2%. I cant really understand why the updates now force us to visit the lbs. This is really annoying.
