I just add the bike as a sensor in garmin and it picks up the cadence and power straight from the motor. Also use ebike field iq app which then shows me battery and power mode on the garmin too.
Having been out for a couple rides I am happy with the setup, however I have had the motor fault a couple times during a ride with both lights on the highest setting. Switching off and back on resolved, so am assuming that the amp draw spiked higher than allowed, with lights not in highest...
I bought my Kenevo from there too having read good things about them on here. It's a 5 hour round trip from home, but having spoke to them on the phone it was clear they were passionate about providing a first class service.
I'm happy to work on bikes myself, but with e-mtbs decided it best to...
Anyone fancy a trip here? Been there on a borrowed Levo and really want to go on the Kenevo, would be great to get a few from here along too.
They are members only, but have pay on the day days for non-members. Hoping they have something between Xmas and New Year, if they do will probably...
I had two analog shock pumps, a canyon one that came with my spectral and another I bought from chai reaction for around £15. Both gave similar consistent readings, but read significantly lower than my shockwiz. I then bought a Syncros SP1 digital pump which is pretty much spot on with the...
I have a chainbreaker and quick link but think it prudent to add a spare chain to my kit bag for longer rides, the thought of a 3 or 4 mile push back to the car is anathema. That being said, what is the minimum chain length I need for a Kenevo? I see the one that comes with it sells as 122...
Great video Rob. I bought mine from Berkshire Bikes and had a good chat with Chris when I picked it up. Following that chat I went and bought this, mainly for the air gun, although the tyre inflator is useful too.
My routine at the moment is to hose it down after very ride and use the...
I have the Atera Strada DL 4 bike carrier. My Kenevo is just within the weight range for a single bike, and can also carry an analogue or 2 if I need. I did have use of a Thule but much prefer the Atera, the slide down function is useful for boot access and it just does the job!
They also do...
@pollywaffle That sucks dude, hope you are back on the bike quick! Was an impressive OTB and LOL'd that you called out the Scorpion :D
As a relatively new convert to E-mtb, this is exactly what I have found. I pedal strike on areas I never would on my old analogue bike, purely because I am...
I have lots too, but the one that comes with the bikehut mount is designed for the light, unscrew the handlebar bracket and just screw in the gopro mount. Was worth a fiver and the out front mount is actually good too
I bought the £5 bikehut out front mount (garmin/gopro) it comes with gopro mount for the light. I have a snap off gopro attachment on my Bell super 3r, so just mount it on that
@rsilvers Thanks for the write up. Got mine setup yesterday and took it out for the first time tonight. It's a great setup, especially as it cost me just over £50 all in!
