would be great if Giant developed a 700wh Battery for the Trance, im sure they could cram it in the same place, or does anyone do an add-on type Battery?
the standard 550 could be fine for you..lift the back of the bike to see if there is any slack in the spring/preload..to take up any slack turn the spring clockwise this will take up the slack, then you can set the sag by turning the spring by no more than 2 full turns, if you still have to much...
picked up my SX a few weeks ago, first job i did was to change the spring to my weight to get the required sag, the standard spring was way to soft for my 95kg plus gear weight and changed from a 550 to a 700 weight spring which made it so much better, a good basic rebound base setting is...
Mine was the same, don't think its the charger because my partner has the same bike, Giant Trance sx pro..i used her charger and was the same on constant red, i took the bike in yesterday for a new Controller put it on charge last night and its back to green
E+ sx Trance, mines ready to be picked up with new switch, less than an hour to do, i told them to look at the battery fitment as it doesn't look square in its housing, sticking out a good few mill at the top where it snaps shut
Downloaded the Giant ride control app for my new trance sx pro but when i turn the bike on the app says its connected but the app turns straight off, my partners bike connects to the app and works with no problems, any ideas?

Could anyone tell me the standard Spring rate and/or the recommended rider weight for the standard Spring? Bought the bike today, I tried it in the Showroom and it felt a little soft ..im 95kg, i wound up the pre load and it made it better but i cant find a manual online for the static sag...
yep, im out also, its to much weight, if the Bike had been released for review i might have waited, looking at a Spectural On 9... The Flyon will be great for guys who are trading in their Enduro KTM'S, Hondas ETC. 120 nm, 28kg will be a god send and they wouldn't get the hassle from ramblers...
i would dilute the muc-off buy another ltr ..can be aggressive on some surfaces, plus you end up with twice as much, another good product is scottoiler fs360, just spray on bike and wipe off, there's a lot of good products that are ph neutral and not acid based so i would use those if possible
