Once you order the battery, you might also get some spare battery release triggers. My wife just lost one as the screw has probably come loose.

That’s too bad but I could suggest 2 options - get a new one for $270+shipping, customs, VAT - a battery repair center. I was in touch with a shop nearby specializing on batteries rebuilds for bikes, PV storage etc. They told me that they could replace bad cells , when they can open the case...

Just a quick update on how to source spares. We do have 2 E Mythiques and I was a bit worried that due to the Vitus shutdown getting spares would be tricky. I couldnt find anything in Europe, apart from the motor. Another member pointed me towards Changzhou Fieldebikes Co so I gave it a go and...

I am using the Fox D30 enduro sleeve whenever I go on more fitness related trips and the ION K-pact on trail and jump lines. I used to do normal daily laps without any protection but have learned the lesson the hard way. The sleeves are like a pair of socks, so very comfy and no excuse to not...

They are based in France but also part of the CRC/Signa trouble. I don’t think their website is up to date. Probably the shop will get sold and restart without the suppliers of the “old” shop. At least that’s what happened with Fahrrad.de

Thanks. Sounds like good package. I am also looking into a spare display right now but remember reading some issues with the v3 version. Did it overwrite the original settings? Have to look it up again. With regards to the keys, my local shop was able to provide me a copy for 5€ each

I found a neoprene cover for the downtube very usefull. easy to clean and the rest can be brushed off

Hi, the top was moving in my case as the lock was no longer in line with the hole in the frame. I have loosened the outside and inside and was able to move the lock back in place. Looking at Zimmerframes photos it appears that the lock can be adjusted on the alloy profile? My quick repair was...
