The motor noise, after few rides, is lowering.

On my levo there wasn't a single eletronic component that didn't brake, a part from control. Last one was the battery (out of warranty). Beside that the wild rides much better, I'm never going to buy a specialized ever again.

The fork it's coming from a m10 basic model/color, without any personalization.

Just to add some more confusion with the fork situation, my M10 arrived with a fox peformance 38 non ebike tunned and regular crown.

It happen to me too while taking the wheel of on the trail. It can be dangerous...

I use a 30t chainring as well, I live in the Alps and on the long steep climbs you save battery by using the easiest gear and a low support.

People mostly write when something is wrong not when everything is perfect. Mine it is.

High is for 27 1/2" wheels low for 29", I wouldn't swap the settings.

I returned mine a couple of days ago to TF Tunes because of this issue, great people at TF.
