Thanks, it seems the TCU without a screen has a battery but TCU with a screen does not have a battery. I connected the TCU (with screen) to a USB power source and 2 messages popped up, one about motor not connected, another about battery not connected. Just dropped off the bike at LBS, now I wait.

14 months old Expert build. Middle of a ride yesterday, about 6 miles in, bike powered off. Tried unplugging/plugging the power plug several times, no change. Pushing the power button, sometimes nothing happens and sometimes “S” logo comes up for about 3 seconds and then shuts down. Got home...

14 months old Expert build, subtle cracking and grinding noise only when pedaling, but not slipping, seems to be coming from motor. Anyone else experience this?

For Maven brake upgrade, if upsizing rear rotor to HS2 220mm rotor, a 180 to 220mm post bracket is required which is not included with the kit (Expert or individual brake purchase).

Anyone install the Maven brakes yourself? Was it difficult to route the rear cable through? Did you use a coupler or were you able to just push cable through from back to front?

Thx! I ended up starting a chat with online support and agent sent me the same info. I don’t know when or where it broke but I do ride all type trails. Spoke broke at the nipple, nipple had about 10mm spoke in it.

How many volume spacers are you using?

My 23 Levo Expert S4 came with Float X2. No clearance issue.

Do you have a Gen3 Levo? What length is your chain? SRAM guide recommend 118 but it’s too short. I have a Gen3 Levo in S4 size.

For those that upgraded to SRAM T-Type, chain length guide says 118 Links for my bike. Question: does 118 link count include the power link or is it 118 + add power link = 120 total?

Interesting, checked my Expert which also came with 34t.

Installation guide says a “flat top“ chain breaker tool is needed. Anyone know if a regular chain breaker tool will work?
