Just make sure to take out motor and it can only fit in one position , use double sided tape to stick on place , I used gorilla tape, working great no issues , just follow the guide and worked first time .

Hi Dom , I'm having similar issues , keep getting error 523003 , taking motor out repeatedly. Did u see bikespeed.de , they have a working solution it seems a bit easier with a display included still cheaper than the speedbox .. thinking of trying it out myself .
