Your GIANT dealer can arrange for you to ship the batteries back to GIANT who can update them for you. If you are lucky, you may be able to get a rep to do it at the shop for you. I was lucky, but my local GIANT dealer is absolutely outstanding it has to be said. (GIANT Blackpool)
