You should prob search these forums of you think only one has broke. Wayne above even commented on a thread where there was two other broken Dengfu E10 frames but then claims in here it's only one frame...... both broke at the keyhole and their user said they wernt jumped and it's from normal...
The Nukeproof was a Bafang BBSHD conversion, I average 250-300km per week, that's 13000-15600km per year 😉 average speed was 20+kph. Even from my current m560 you can figure out the kind of distance I go, bikes on the road 9 weeks since it's been built with one week of waiting for bearings...
And do you know how they made this 230x65mm shock fit? By grinding off some of the metal on a stock yolk and spraying it in black undercoat that does not match the finish of the rest of the suspension mounts. Something I could of done at home. Screams quality and great design don't it.
I'm not the only person with a dogshit quality E82 with incorrectly labeled parts no. Essentially every E82 sold up till October has this issue with torque tolerances. You'll find people have abandoned their Dengfu builds on their FB page due to safety concerns and poor tolerances.
Later frames...
It's great that your pleased with your frame, but in their support groups I'm not the only person that's displeased with their lackluster type of support and lack of quality control. Dengfu won't replace the frame, they offered an extra year of warranty that they most prob won't back if a...
Because I was sent a frame with defects, very bad quality bearings, an axel made of chinisum, and incorrectly labeled parts that would put your safety at risk. Should people who are thinking about buying one of these frames not know about the issues with the brand?
Don't use ethirteens tyre plasma, within a month it turns into a ping pong ball and starts bouncing around inside the tyre. Been using Peaty's Holeshot BioFibre for over a year with no issues
Just pushed 2000km on mine, while I like the frame there are a few issues, the battery does not fit perfectly, bounces around. You'll need to foam wrap it and make a rubber boot for it to sit on if it's anything like mine.
I think it's just poor quality control on a frame that was rushed out. It hadnt been released long. Still shouldn't of passed their quality control. I've had so many issues, from ordering where they sent me the wrong bits and the wrong charger, to receiving a piss poor quality frame with badly...
Yeah I absolutely loved mine, 160nm and silent at full wack. In fact a shunt modded bbshd pushing out 4000-4500w with a metal reduction gear is still around 10 times more quiet then the m560
Does this look normal to you? Dengfu are telling the person he hit something. They are right. The ground. The owner had two other people that seen the bike snap in half off a landing. They are refusing warranty.
