If using a Shimano SM-PCE1 for the first time you need to load the free E-TUBE PROJECT.Don not try and connect to bike as you need the driver which will automatically load once installed.Nextconnect up to the bike on spare port and fire up SHIMANO UNLOCKER

Funny you say talking direct to emergency services.I got criticised by ambulance crew for not calling direct after my crash. My house luckily was only 10 minutes drive from my location and if I had been further from home I would have.May seem pretty lame excuse but at the time I wanted to see my...

Just downloaded.Wow it is very accurate. Thanks for sharing this would make a great backup.Looking through the posts it appears that we have so many options but no real comparison of pros and cons. One thing to keep in mind is whichever device you choose, how is it activated.I had my mobile mounted on my handlebars and it was by extreme luck that it ended up under me.A watch would remain on your wrist, anything mounted to bike could easily be smashed.Other option is in backpack, but same...

    Solo riders word of caution

Wow Mountain lions, cougars , bears ,brown snakes .I think the most threatening thing that’s jumped out on me has been a rabbit. Since my accident I have had flashbacks and I think a log or tree was across the trail as I dropped in. I tried to explain to my family the feeling of freedom when...

Mate believe it or not the hip stayed locked in.This was 6 weeks after op.Im told by surgeons that the force to snap a femur is huge. That said I proved that a hip replacement once settled is as good as new .
